Amount of foreign currency transaction can be remitted in Nepali currency
In any transaction made in foreign currency, if the amount is to be remitted immediately in the area where this Act is applicable, it should be understood if the amount is remitted in Nepali currency at the rate prevailing at the Nepal Rastra Bank on the day of the remittance.
